I believe the best UX doesn’t just simplify— it expands what’s possible.

I’ve built my career at the intersection of challenging spaces: law, entrepreneurship, marketing and product strategy. Each role strengthened my ability to think critically, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively advocate for experiences that honor complexity without passing it on to the user.

Those carefully honed skills are central to my work today, whether I’m leading UX research for media pioneers like Breakwhitelight and visionary tech startups like SaaS CRM HoneyBook, or exploring the future of UX, hybrid experiences, and design beyond screens in the UX thought leadership series The User Experiment.

Another guiding principle for me is the importance of giving back. In my free time, I’ve been developing Paw Lab — a mobile application that connects users with adoptable companion animals. Paw Lab, a passion project of mine, stems from a desire to provide solutions for the 6.5 million companion animals that enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year, many of whom never leave. By providing a more intuitive, positive, and frictionless interface than the current animal adoption applications on the market, my hope is that Paw Lab provides an effective solution to preventable euthanasia, and a space for users to connect with rescue pets like never before.

Whether I’m supporting product-market fit, researching behavior, or building something from scratch, I approach UX as a form of problem-solving with empathy at the center — always focused on outcomes that are not just functional, but deeply human.
