My work has always centered on how people think, feel, and connect — whether through stories, systems, or experiences.
As a UX researcher and product strategist in the tech sector, I bring nearly two decades of cross-disciplinary perspective blending thoughtful research with creative marketing, advocacy, and experience design. Before formalizing my role in UX, I started my career as an agency copywriter developing titles and messaging for film campaigns with studios like Universal and Warner Bros. It was fast-paced, collaborative work that sharpened my instincts for impactful storytelling, agile workflow, and effective cross-collaboration.
After earning my law degree and focusing on deep legal research and user advocacy as an attorney, I founded and led a creative event studio, producing B2B and B2C experiences featured in Vogue, Sunset Magazine, and Martha Stewart Weddings. The company was defined by thoughtful client journeys, forward-thinking design, and discerning attention to detail.
Today, I help other organizations uncover meaningful user insights, align teams around a shared vision, and build with clarity and empathy. I’m especially drawn to work that pushes UX forward — creating innovative experiences that not only meet current needs, but anticipate what’s next.

My Interests & Favorites
My Son — Being Alden’s mom is my most proud accomplishment- he’s the coolest little guy with the best sense of humor!
Writing — Writing is my first love. For the past three decades I’ve focused on creative writing (short fiction and poetry are my jam), strategic copy, persuasive legal writing, thoughtful op eds, and some content writing. I’m currently working on a book about the art of crafting meaningful experiences, and a Medium series on the future of UX.
Cultural Exploration — I’ve traveled to more than 25 countries across 4 continents, and I’m always searching for the next adventure that expands my understanding of the world.
All Things Sushi — Sushi is my love language, and if you ask nicely I just might share my secret spots. :)
Reading — I’m super curious and love diving deep into new ideas, especially when they challenge the way I think. Current favs are Cloud Cuckoo Land by Anthony Doerr, and The User Experience Team of One by Leah Buley.
